How come truck companies like this can prey on drivers? They use you up, then replace you. They advertise in states where drivers are unsuspecting and don't know of their horrible reputation. The trucking industry as a whole, puts everything on the driver and then steps back and claims innocence for pushing drivers to speed, go without sleep, falsify logbooks. It's a rotten exploitive industry that takes advantage of people who try their best to survive despite all of the pitfalls.

As long as Recruiting Edge is a solvent company, Recruiting Edge is contracted to pay recruiters for services rendered. Recruiting Edge has money coming in, portions of this money should be used to pay people back. I don't care about your personal situation or how much more you owe other people, or Justin's legal issues... he doesn't have the money to give you regardless of what happens to him legally. Why do you keep bringing this up? He scammed you, some how took out a fraudulent loan in your name (not sure how this could happen.... did he have a power of attorney for you?), and broke the law. Ok. Got it. And knowing that this is not the first time this has happened to you makes it even worse, one has to wonder why a business owner allowed this to happen for a second time. Jeez! Honestly, when I first signed on with Recruiting Edge I googled the company's name and found several negative reviews focused on the very fact that RE did not pay them the money that was owed to the recruiters (who wrote the reviews). Along with the narcotics task force had there homes raided in Rubidoux ,Mira loma an the Pedley area .A white male 5'09 "to 6" ft 200 lb wearing a red baseball cap was seen leaving in a white nissan or ford pick up truck. After purchaseing of a controlled substance at each of the locations minutes before they conducted there raids .Coincidence i think not but thats for you to judge . Sounds exactly like The Recruiting Edge. I did all their dirty work for them, I was their head hunter for truck drivers, when it came time to PAY OUT. Scott Shaver DID NOT. I would watch The Recruiting Edge and NOT do any business with them. Also all you trucking companies out there beware of The Recruiting Edge and Scott Shaver. He does not pay out his people after they do all the work, he keeps their money. If I were you as a company, I would DROP him and his company. R.Tamara- I know you are a woman by now but in my head , you remain a child. This is why I have found it hard to be honest with you about the way things really were between me and your Mom...she was my friend and I loved her. I am not trying to take any of what your feeling from you because I understand...and me, your Mom, you and the good Lord, we know what was the truth. Do not waste your life on hatred. It isn't what she would want, and it will not bring her back...it only rots you from the inside out. Let that memory rest and quit living it over snd over. Take care of yourself young lady.
