with my experience with her and her company many people want something for nothing and if one thing gets off track they automatically thing its her fault she is the middle man for all you property management companies, get it together and help the leasing agents do there job you guys slack and it all falls back on the agents. keep up the good work steph jjjamison

May 17, 2014 05:02 PM

People once you sign an application with stephanie she turns money to owner and the OWNER deals with it after that. She is in no shape or form responsible to give you the money back... contact the owner

May 17, 2014 05:00 PM

I know one of these people who thought they could snitch and throw stephanie under the bus. You need to check your own company. You practicing under a broker????????? you snitch..... you better look at your own company JJjamison

I can not believe the comments these peole are leaving, i did business with s.mcbath and she found my property and i am living in it and have been for almost 5 months nothing shady at all thank you stephanie j.brosue

May 17, 2014 04:56 PM

I have dealt with Stephanie since 2012 off and on and now on a full time basis. I own a property management company of my own and for one, in the state of missouri you all who claim your property mangement owners, you better check the guidelines because you have to be licensed in the state of missouri and be under a broker of realestate who has a license. You better watch what you say and make sure it is all true before you start talking about other peopel. she is licensed and insured. thank you steph for the hard work and look for to the future

May 17, 2014 04:55 PM

Before people start pointing fingers at who they think did it or if they know that person. Look at your own company and what your not doing right. S. Feb 19, 2014 09:04 AM

She acts as a leasing agent and has done this with many many companies she has worked for look into it before you deal with her she will take your money and you'll never hear back. There are a lot of companies/property management companies out there looking for her. Don't always blame the company ppl work for look into the person and if you feel uneasy about it call the company because quarenteed she doesn't actually work for them. She's a fraud and need to be in jail. I don't know how ppl can does this and sleep at night. Please people be aware!!!!

Feb 13, 2014 01:43 PM

the women wear the pants in the family. Their is no feminine women in this town. Many are off mentally!

Feb 09, 2014 12:59 PM

This woman is a con artist and a fraud! She seems nice at first, but when setting up appointments would cancel them at her convenience. When actually meeting, she is anything but professional. She has taken money from me and then blames the company she is working for for stealing. Even after being told she was fired, she continued to ask for money. Was contacted by police about her. She has several felony convictions of fraud. BEWARE OF STEPHANIE MCBATH!! She is not only scamming tenants but the companies who hire her!!!

Feb 03, 2014 10:16 AM

Feb 02, 2014 12:49 PM

Jan 29, 2014 05:31 PM

Daedra Hayes is a very honest and trustworthy individual. I have known this person for over 10 years. Very upfront, dedicated and honest! The guy that originally posted this is a sick, twisted individual and has nothing better to do then to slander people.

Jan 27, 2014 05:55 AM

This company charges my card on a monthly basis and never any issues. Maybe you have the issues. Never not one charge that isn't supposed there. This company is not a scam. She takes the time and helps people out. I would recommend her company anytime

Jan 24, 2014 11:31 PM

I actually work with her and she had been dealing with shady property management companies. The money she takes in is sent to the manager within three days. You need to call owner of house. SHE AND HER COMPANY ARE NOT A SCAM

Jan 24, 2014 11:26 PM

So funny this popped up. I just posted a complaint against her company. I actually worked with her and she appeared to be honest and always responded timely, but told several lies. Either way, I'd be cautious when dealing with her or her company.

david Travis, darren Wigington, all three are good friends. The good ole boy preachers hold secret meetings, friends with Ronnie and other county scu*. Travis' son is weird and works walmart in sevierville. It is interesting to note that these three ministers have one thing in common. Their families love a good church show. Yet dont like to get to really know the sheep they crap all over. They can be nice, but so what. Every business kisses the behinds of these men.

LISTEN SCOTT SHAVER IS COMPLETELY FULL OF CRAP!! HE IS ON DRUGS, THIS IS WHY I DIVORCED HIM! HE DID NOT CARE ABOUT PAYING ANYONE. NO ONE STOLE ANY MONEY FROM HIM! HE TOOK ALL OF HIS RECRUITERS MONEY. I RECEIVED A HUGE SETTLEMENT IN OUR DIVORCE AND THAT IS WHERE YOUR MONEY WENT!!! HE HAD TO PAY ME AND YOU RECRUITERS LOST OUT! THERE, THAT IS THE TRUTH. IF YOU THINK YOU ARE GETTING PAID AFTER THIS, YOU ARE MISTAKEN. HE HAS TO PAY CHILD SUPPORT ON HIS KIDS AND WHERE DO YOU THINK THAT MONEY WILL COME FROM? HE LEFT ME AND HIS CHILDREN TO BE WITH THE GIRL YOU SEE IN THE PICTURE. SHE IS A HOME WRECKER, BAD INFLUENCE TO MY KIDS, AND INFLUENCES HIM TO TAKE YOUR MONEY JUST TO SPEND IT ON HER!! YOU RECRUITERS!! ON TOP OF THAT, YOU RECRUITERS NEED TO BET SMART!! YOU NEED TO GO TO THE ROGERS POLICE DEPARTMENT AND PRESS CHARGES ON HIM FOR STEALING YOUR MONEY. THEFT BY DECEPTION, THEFT OF GOODS OR SERVICES, OR FLAT OUT SOME KIND OF CON MAN CHARGES!! I'LL GET MY CHILD SUPPORT EVERY MONTH. THE QUESTION IS, WILL YOU GET YOUR MONEY EVERY MONTH? HE IS ADDICTED TO STEROIDS! FIGURE IT OUT PEOPLE!! JUSTIN DAVENPORT WHO POSTED ABOVE IS NOW BEING BLAMED FOR STEALING MONEY. HE WAS THE VP OF THE COMPANY.

Sep 24, 2013 04:58 AM

Wow. Even up at Sukkot this year the Leaders of this movement are still on the internet researching and talking to non-Ephraimites about Prophet Tom Deckard. They go to a meeting and then go investigate him. What a riot!

Sep 20, 2013 06:32 AM

So foolish you must be to not look up the company and see it's not even in operation. Posting about a house he never owned just shows your ignorance. I hope you feel really stupid now; perhaps you'll repent for making yourself out to be a judge.
