La. and Tx. areas for about the last 6 years. She is well known for planting drugs and/or stolen property in people's houses or businesses then turning them in. She was last known to be in the Texarkana, Tx. area, running with a wannabe, goes by Bobby, or Robby. He is believed to be a cop out of Lewisville, Ar.
