Actually, jeff gave all those people up... And many more. Get a copy of the discovery from jeffs 2009 d.e.a. arrest. Mike did an interview because jeff threatened to ki** him i do believe... If memory serves me correct, Mike is the only one who didnt rat.

Mike never ratted anyone out. In fact, he tried to warn people about who he suspected ratted on him. It was all Jeff, every last person is because of Jeff.
