We stopped in for a seafood fix and were seated almost immediately despite the full house. Service was impressively fast throughout the night. The Tempura Salmon Bites were a highlight, literally melting in our mouths.

For mains, the Chilean Sea Bass was near perfect, though the coconut flavor wasn't quite for me. The Wood Grilled Branzino felt like a work in progress; the fish, broccolini, and sauce were great, but the fennel and chickpeas felt out of place. It definitely needed a starch, so I ended up borrowing some smashed potatoes from the sea bass dish to round it out.

The Fishbar Margarita was fresh but a bit bland, while the Tropical Mirage had better flavor (though it's rum-heavy). We wrapped things up with the Banana Bread Pudding, which was a delicious end to the meal. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
