Report AbuseRichard, aka Bambam, is the president of a local MC, called vengeance. All of his SEVERAL dealing and possession of meth charges were dropped/dismissed/not guilty. Along with all other charges he’s acquired since then including several felonies such as domestic assault and more possession charges. He just got raided, the clubhouse got raided, and people went to jail. Except he didn’t. Something doesn’t add up.
