This shyt bag scammer on eBay sells all sorts of things but has no intent on shipping anything..after days, they will tell you the shipping shows it was delivered but the error was created at there werehouse and the item will soon be delivered. This tactic buys more time .. 

They have many many negative feedbacks..

Ffs eBay...do your goddamn jobs...

If eBay doesnt issue a refund from any scammer then open a dispute with CC.

Never pay these scammers in eBay..

Never and never pay to ship items back to China...always make them give a return label. It's eBay rules..
