People at our complex are nuts and out of their friggin minds. They are either high on their skunk weed all day and nobody seems to care not even the cops, that hide that stuff in their units. It's no wonder a few past residents got so fed up with the drugged up people here and moved out. Yeah management might tell you different but that's the truth. It was a nightmare. And upper management seems to only be interested in parading itself as a low income bandaid to the homeless. The only ones benefiting and profiting are the owners and employees. Everyone else is second class. Free isn't free! This is all thanks to taxpayer money we live at these properties. It's not rocket science.
