David A got charged with dealing in methamphetamine and narcotics because his dad, David R, teamed up with a CI intentionally to sell them to David A, but David R and the CI got pulled over on the way to Huntington from Fort Wayne, and got charged with possession and intent to deliver. The CI snitched on David R, saying he was the one with all of the drugs, & David R snitched on his own son, David A saying he was delivering the drugs to him. David A eventually got pulled over with drugs anyways, because he was a longtime dealer in the town of Huntington and his father’s arrest raised suspicions which put a target on David A. When David A went to trial, he testified against his own father to lessen his sentence. David A got sentenced to 11 years, 3 suspended, but is only serving 2 years.
