This old man is the biggest snitch and stalker. He lures young girls to stay at his house and the minute we don't give him what he wants he becomes abusive and starts stalking. He drugs people and steals their drugs then calls the cops on them. He stole multiple ounces from me. Beware! He's a taxi or Uber driver and a creep.
