Report AbuseKen E. Mandel, a crystal meth dealer from the Philadelphia area, has been a confidential informant for the New Jersey State Police since 2012. This was revealed at my suppression hearing by my arresting officer who testified that Mandel had recently began working with Pennsylvania State Police after a package addressed to him was intercepted. Ken Mandel was busted with several ounces of crystal meth twice, yet hasn't served a single day in jail. The reason for this is plain as day - he's been working with law enforcement and has helped with the arrest of several drug dealers in the Philadelphia & South Jersey Areas. This isn't speculation, it's a fact. I know this 100% because I am one of them.
