Testified to a grand jury against Paul C. Moretti, James B. LaRocca, Kevin Heistman, John T. Rossi and Vinni Mazza in a racketeering investigation into bid rigging. Check public records, he's no good.
Debbie Watts of the Pittsburgh Planning Commission testified as well, read it in the Post Gazette. No formal charges brought up against anyone but they tried so still snitches plus Vinni owns a few resturaunts and it hurts his business.
