This was our absolute go-to when we lived in the area, so a pit stop during my 3-day visit was non-negotiable.

The highlights:

Mushroom Bisque: The absolute star of the show. It tasted even better than I remembered--rich, earthy, and perfect.

Cocktails: Still top-tier. Consistently some of the best drinks in town.

Spicy Calamari: My old "usual." A little less tangy than I recall, but still a great start to the meal.

Flat Iron French Dip: Very solid, though the Double Smash Burger looked so good I'll have to get that next time.

The staff was fantastic--attentive and welcoming. It's rare for a place to live up to the nostalgia, but this spot still has great vibes. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
