Justin has sought protection from the court by manipulating reasons for obtaining a restraining order against his ex-wife, in order to silence her in the effort to conceal the crime he had committed with the aid of his ex-wife, since she informed him that she would be disclosing the planned crime to the authorities. The crime: Creating a lie in order to receive a LIFETIME benefit of tax-free income... the chance to retire and receive an untaxed annual salary for the rest of his life until his death. Justin falsely claimed an on the job injury while on duty as a Detective for the Stockton Police Department. This was a planned event that set the stage for him to fraudulently file for a Disability Retirement through CalPers. His ex-wife was involved by advising him on the type of false injury he claimed and by signing off on the retirement option. Although he had help, only Justin has profited from his crime. Why? Because two months after he retired, he turned on his ex-wife by filing for divorce but also changing the retirement option behind her back and removing her and their sons as beneficiaries in order to take it ALL, which was against universal court orders already established for all divorce proceedings in California. He left $0.01 in the Hartford account, by the way. Justin had been receiving Workers' Comp benefits in 2009 and then has continued to collect this untaxed annual salary since 2011...You do the math up to today: $~55,000/yr x ~10 yrs= over $500000 of fraudulent benefits received...but only by him. He's calling his ex-wife a liar- she's making it up. Who's profiting? Who benefits? Who ends up on the short end? Who was robbed? Reference Dirty.com and Ripoffreport.com
