This douche bag has been ripping off the good people of Indiana County, PA for the last thirty years, and even stole from, then burned the house of a handicapped individual in the Homer City area. He goes by the nickname of Nitro, and is of medium tall stature, and is usually possessing of short to no hair. Personal effects, such as power tools which would not melt in a simple house fire, were not found post-event, making it premeditated theft, arson, and arson manslaughter, making him wanted for questioning...
