Elliot Jones appears to me to be a DEA informant and an alcoholic. He lives in a house in San Pedro and frequently stays with his Mom in Hawaii. Elliot is a surfer, but avoids the locals only areas. He bothered me for 3 years to buy him "hash" (including 1 1/2 years of text messages). After I wouldn't, he then tells me he can get a large amount of "Bubble Hash" in Hawaii, and recommends I fly out, buy it, and fly it back to LA. I declined. Finally, Elliot sends me a text message I interpreted to be intimidation.
