They stalk , harass, intimidate citizens with mental illness, disabilities. The employees here lack integrity. The head sheriff has many ethics issues that need to be addressed. There is no accountability with his dept. This sheriff dept needs to be DEFUNDED!!  John Idelburg promotes violence and insurrections by supporting BLM groups that looted stores and caused violence on Waukegan cities. His detectives harass residents of cook county burbs and other lake county residents. They persistently harass, intimidate citizens, witnesses. They try to coerce and build up lies to force confessions. Terrible dept.
